The Underground Communication Tape acts as a cautionary tool for contractors and workers who are digging in areas with buried communication mains. The tape is positioned above underground services and serves as a visual indicator during excavation. Made from white polyethylene, this tape is easy to spot and features the text “DANGER BURIED COMMUNICATIONS MAIN BELOW” in bold black font along its entire length. The tape meets the standards set by AS 2648.1:1995.

The bright white colour of the underground warning tape aids in identifying and locating pipes and cables underground and makes it an excellent solution for securing potentially hazardous underground areas. The detectable tape features a strong stainless steel tracer wire placed between two layers, in a pattern for durability.
